The project site is located in a remote island community in Lavan Province, Philippines. The construction team needs to build 20 new concrete water storage tanks, and the entire project requires approximately 1,500 cubic meters of concrete raw materials.
However, the terrain of the island here is rugged and uneven. There is no large port. Equipment needs to be transported to the place by small cargo ships. The raw materials such as sand and gravel for mixing concrete are sourced locally. The power supply on the island is not stable enough, and the labor cost here is relatively high.
