LUTON Group shipped one set of 3.5m3 self-loading concrete mixer to Saudi Arabia in May, 2022. This mixer would be used for building 3 floor residential houses.
This post will introduce how to unload the self loading concrete mixer from container?
First, Take out the cab and chute with a forklift.
Second, check the operating lever and gear, whether they are in right position. To avoid the arm touching the container when starting.
Then, start it, until the barometer reaches 0.4 MPa, release the handbrake and drive the mixer out of container.
Last, use a forklift to pick out the mix drum, tires and cement bucket carefully…
