Feeder – Evenly Materials Feeding
As the front-end equipment of the entire mobile crusher plant, the feeder is responsible for uniformly and continuously feeding the materials to be crushed into the jaw crusher.
By driving the rotor to rotate through an electric motor, the material enters the silo and is transported to the feed inlet of the jaw crusher under the effects of rotor rotation and shell vibration.

Jaw Crusher – Coarse Crushing Of Large-sized Stones
Jaw crusher is used to perform coarse crushing on materials, breaking large pieces into smaller particle sizes. The crushing chamber is composed of a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate. The movable jaw plate is connected to the driving device through an eccentric shaft, allowing it to move up and down. When the movable jaw moves downwards, the material is crushed by compression. The crushed material is discharged through the discharge port and enters the next level of crushing or screening equipment.

Cone crusher – Secondary Fine Crushing
