Production Process of 200 TPH Mobile Stone Crushing Plant
1. The large stones are uniformly sent to the jaw crusher (primary crushing ) by the vibration feeder for coarse crushing.
2. And the coarse crushed stone is sent to the impact crusher or cone crusher (secondary crushing) by the belt conveyor for further fine crushing.
3. The fine crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening, and the stones with different particle size levels are screened out.
4. The stones meeting the particle size requirements are sent to the finished material pile by the belt conveyor. The large stones that do not meet the size requirements are returned to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for crushing again, forming a closed circuit multiple cycles.
According to the need of environmental protection, it can be equipped with dust removal equipment.
