Skip hopper concrete batching plant

Besides, the mixing cycle of each batch in the hopper batching plant is 72 seconds. The hopper feeding time is slow and the mixing cycle is long. It can product 50 tank cement. It is mainly used in the industrial concrete mixing plant where the temporary production requires an error of ± 2% for concrete. The industrial mixing plant mentioned above is called the engineering batch plant. In this type of batching plant, the batching machine is generally cumulative metering. There are three types of batching machines such as two bin, three bin and four bin. The batching is carried out by means of intermediate discharge.

The plant is composed of a single four bin batching machine ( HZS60 has also used a four bin batching machine with through belt metering due to cost problems), an inclined belt conveyor, a waiting bin, weighing on the upper part of the main machine (cement, water, additives, etc.), a mixer, a cement screw, and a cement bin. In such plants, the unloading height of the main machine is generally 4.2 meters, the cement screw length is 8 meters according to the center distance from the inlet to the outlet, and the unloading height of the supporting cement silo is 7.4 meters. The quantity of cement screw and silo can be provided by the customer according to the demand.
