Working Principal of Mortar Spraying Machine
The mixed mortar or other materials will be loaded into the hopper of the mortar spraying machine, the vibrating screen can screen the larger aggregates. The mortar will be sent into the high-pressure chamber by the spiral feeding roller, and then rotates by the high-pressure rotor and the high-pressure stator to form high pressure. The mortar is sent to the nozzle through the high-pressure conveying pipe, and another high-pressure wind is introduced from the nozzle to disperse and accelerate the spraying of the materials.
