Working Principle of PEX 300×1300 Jaw Crusher
A belt and a belt pulley are driven by a motor, and that movable jaw move up and down through an eccentric shaft; when the movable jaw moves down, the include angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes small, and the material is crushed to achieve the purpose of crushing. When the movable jaw moves up, the included angle between the fixed jaw and the moving jaw becomes large, the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of a pull rod and a spring, and crushed material is discharged from a lower opening of a crushing cavity.
The structure of PEX 300×1300 jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, eccentric shaft, large belt pulley, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle plate backseat, gap adjusting screw, reset spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate, among which the toggle plate also plays a role of insurance.
