Types of Concrete Line Pump Hoses
Concrete line pump hoses are the last link of concrete pump output. They has the characteristics of high wear resistance, high pressure resistance, long service life and good sealing performance. Usually it can work in the environment of -40℃~+85℃.
- Concrete pumping hoses are divided according to the production process, including four-layer steel wire concrete hoses, two-layer steel wire hoses, etc.
- According to the internal diameter of the hose, including 76mm, 80mm, 89mm, 108mm, 125mm, 133mm and 150mm, etc.
- According to the pumping pressure, there are 4MPa, 8.5MPa, 12Mpa, etc.

Cautions of Operating Concrete Line Pump Hoses
During the operation of the hose, several aspects should be paid attention to:
- Communicate with the hose operator before starting or stopping pumping. The bending radius of the hose at the end should be more than 1 meter. The operator should not stand at the outlet of the hose to prevent the concrete from suddenly spraying out and hurting people.
- Do not stand at the corner of the building holding the end hose, the shaking of the hose or the concrete spraying may cause the operator to fall from the building. You should choose to stand in a safe position and use appropriate auxiliary tools to guide the rubber hose.
- In order to prevent the rubber hose from being bent and blocked, the rubber hose cannot be submerged in the concrete liquid, otherwise it will easily cause the pressure in the pipeline to increase and cause it to explode, causing injury accidents.
- Frequently check whether the connection between the hose and the steel pipe is firm. Check the hose wear, and replace it in time if necessary.
- When the hose is blocked, it must be treated absolutely before use again, otherwise the hose will easily be deformed, and the aggregate in the pipe will collide, squeeze and scratch the inner wall to cause a bulge. The longer the forced output time, the greater the harm.
