Project Background Of Mobile Asphalt Plant To Chad
In Chad, on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert, the urgent need for infrastructure construction and extreme climate conditions have long constrained regional economic development. In 2025, the local road network coverage rate is relatively low, and most of the existing roads are gravel roads, with a rainy season traffic rate of less than 30%. The local government originally planned to use the traditional model to renovate and expand local roads. However, this “centralized material preparation + long-distance transportation” approach faces many challenges:
- Broken Aggregate Supply Chain
There are few large-scale stone factories in Chad, the transportation cost is as high as $120 USD per ton, and the material supply cycle is as long as 45 days.
- Great Impact Of Climate And Environment
In chad, on the edge of the Sahara Desert, the temperature difference between day and night is as high as 50ā. It takes at least 6 months to build a constant temperature fixed asphalt plant in such an environment.
- Unable To Ensure Environmental Protection
In Chad, construction dust emissions are required to be ā¤30mg/Nm³, but the existing local equipment usually exceeds the standard and cannot be guaranteed to meet the standard.
In response to this, LUTON team proposed the “mobile asphalt plant + local aggregate recycling” plan, and realized the rapid transfer of equipment within 48h through mobile structural design. After multiple detailed communication with the LUTON team, the customer finally decided to order an 80TPH mobile asphalt plant for the first time, and then decide on the later ordering plan after on-site use.

Why Is LUTON Mobile Asphalt Plant To Chad
In view of the local extreme environment and actual project needs, the LUTON 80TPH mobile asphalt plant perfectly demonstrates its advantages with its flexible and efficient mobile modular structure and fully automatic intelligent control system.
Full Modular Design
With easy disassembly, short assembly time, the modular design easy transportation and installation in different locations. It is very suitable for frequent sites transfer use.

Economical And Efficient
With an hourly output of up to 80 ton per hour, the mobile asphalt plant can meet the high requirements of large projects. Without too labor cost, it is an economical asphalt handling method.

Dual-fuel Burner
Thanks for the dual-fuel burner, supporting diesel/heavy oil switching, customers can reduce operating costs by 15% through fuel mixing stratergy, when the fuel price in Chad fluctuates by 30%.

Three-step Dust Remove
With bag dust removal + electrostatic adsorption + water curtain dust reduction combination, the measured dust emission is only 18mg/Nm³, which fully meets local environmental protection requirements.

Intelligent Measuring Control
Three-level weight control, combined with dynamic compensation algorithm, the mixture gradation error can be controlled within ±0.5%.

After the local high temperature environment test in Chad, the equipment has been running continuously for 72 hours without thermal attenuation, and the vibration screening efficiency can reach 98%.
From Equipment Delivery To Full-cycle Sale Service
- Localized Training
LUTON GROUP dispatched a technical team to guide local engineers on-site to master equipment operation, maintenance and fault diagnosis.
- Spare Parts Supply
Key parts such as mixing blades, bag filters, etc.,are reserved, and 48h emergency service is promised.
- Production Data Detection
Through the remote Internet of Things platform, the equipment operating parameters are monitored in real time to warn potential failures in advance.
After the project was implemented, the efficient and stable production performance of the equipment shortened the original 2-year construction period to 15 months, and the cost was reduced by 40%. Through the aggregate reproduction system, the roject recycles 100,000 tons of old pavement materials and reduced carbon emissions by about 7,000 tons.
