The Components of Self Loading Concrete Mixer Machine
Self Loading System
Self loading system is mainly completed by the loading arm which can carry out a series of loading and unloading. The driver in the cab operates the arm to drop the shovel.
After shoveling the materials, the driver handles the arm again to lift the shovel to the mouth of the drum,then opens the bottom of the bucket, and the materials are accurately poured into the drum.
Generally speaking, only two workers are required to finish the work. One worker is in the cab, another outside the cab does some supporting work.
Self Weighing System

Automatic Water System
Self loading concrete mixer machine is not only equipped with suction pump and large capacity tank, but also equipped with automatic water system.
After the tank is filled with water, the driver operates the pump in the cab, then water in the tank can be injected into the stirring drum, mixing with other raw materials.
Self Mixing System
The hydraulic system of self loading concrete mixer machine gets power from the diesel engine, transfers the power to the hydraulic pump through transmission shaft.
The high pressure oil in the hydraulic pump drives the motor, and motor transfers the power to the reducer, at the same time the mixing drum rotates in the positive and negative directions, thus realizing the stirring and discharging process.
Self Discharging System
The stirring cylinder unloads the concrete by rotating counterclockwise. The discharge port can rotate up to 270 degrees, increasing the spread area and improving work efficiency.
The unloading chute is tilted by a manually adjustable handle and can be rotated 90 degrees, but cannot be synchronized with the tilting operation of the stirring drum. Detachable chute ensures direct unloading through the hopper.
Transportation System
The torque converter gets the power from the diesel engine, then supplies the power to the gearbox. The drive shaft powered by the gearbox controls the machine’s movement.
In general, self loading concrete mixer is only suitable for short-distance transportation, and can’t be used as a transport vehicle.
