Luton self loader concrete mixer has been equipped with the electric scale, which can be operated by the screen in the cab. It is necessary to debug the electronic scale before the trick is used. How to debug the electronic scale of the self loading concrete mixer?

How to Debug the Electronic Scale of Self Loader Concrete Mixer
1. To debug the electronic scale of self loader concrete mixer, begin by verifying that the wiring and sensor installation are correct. After starting the truck and turning on the electronic scale, ensure that the oil intake value is larger than the oil return value. The instrument display should show an oil intake value of around 13,000 and an oil return value of approximately 10,000. If the values are incorrect, replace the appropriate sockets.
The screen should display the appropriate arrow, either upper or lower, depending on the movement. If there is a discrepancy between the movement and the arrow displayed on the screen, it may indicate an issue with the wiring of the blue sensor on the frame iron plate. In this case, try changing the wiring position to resolve the issue.
2. Repeatability debugging. Drop the big loading arms and fold the bucket. Click <menu> – <Calibration Settings> -Enter the password (696952) – <Calibration Repeatability>. Start raising the big loading arm, which premise requires the bucket is folded and the loading arm is put to the end, then start lifting the big loading arm. A total of seven tests, during each test the throttle should be stable, and you increase the throttle from idle step by step. After completion, click <confirm> to see that if the error value is within 1%, then it is correct.
3. End the repetitive debugging. Point 2 times with the return arrow in the upper left corner of the screen to return to the main interface. Raise the big arm with middle speed. When the screen shows the weight on the keyboard, click <zero>. Then drop the big arm, rise it again with bigger speed, when display the value, click <zero>. End of this repetitive debugging.
4. Single shovel calibration. Test the weight of the empty truck first; then add material or weight over 500 kg to the bucket, weigh it again to get the material weight in the bucket. Click the display screen according to the operation steps to enter the single shovel operation procedure, calibrate the single shovel weighing of the vehicle, and test the error. Click <Menu> – <Calibration Settings> – <Single Shovel Calibration> – Start folding the bucket and lifting the big loading arm 7 times. Increase the speed step by step, stabilize when lifting – click <standard weight> – input the actual weight or material weight in the bucket – confirm and click <complete> – compare with the system calculate value, the smaller the error, the better.
After completing the single shovel calibration, return to the main interface by clicking the arrow in the upper left corner. Use middle speed to lift the arm and test the weighing error, which should be within 30 kg. If the single shovel error is more than 40 kg, perform the calibration repeatability again.
Printing Function on the Screen
The weighing results can be printed and saved for recordkeeping using the printing function in the lower left corner of the screen. Additionally, the cumulative clearing function in the lower right corner of the screen can be used to clear records and issue a limited weight reminder when the material weight in the bucket is about to reach the preset value. If the total weight value accumulates more, click to clear the record and start recording again.
