  • Avoid signal lines and control lines near large current loops.
  • The power lines from the busbar to the air switch, from the air switch to the contactor, and between the contactors can be assembled without crimping terminals. For the wiring from the contactor to the motor, the power line less than 7.5KW is led from the outlet of the AC contactor from the back of the mounting plate to the terminal block at the bottom of the power cabinet, and then connected to the motor from the terminal block. The power line greater than or equal to 7.5KW is directly connected to the motor terminal from the outlet of the AC contactor through the back of the mounting plate, and the line end must be crimped with the wiring nose, and then tinned after crimping.
