Stationary Concrete Pump

A stationary concrete pump is also known as a trailer-mounted concrete pump or a fixed concrete pump. It is installed on a tractor and requires a different pipeline to be added such that concrete may run anywhere it is needed.

A stationary concrete pump for sale comprises the pump body and the transmission tubes. It applies suction to transport concrete constantly along the pipe.

It has a broad range of applications in building construction, bridges, and tunnels.

Features of Stationary Concrete Pump

  1. Luton uses well-known brands of pumps for the concrete pump, including Kawasaki and Jinda Rexroth.
  2. The main oil pump is either a Rexroth or a Japanese Kawasaki model.
  3. The hydraulic hose joint guarantees the hydraulic system’s reliability and no spillage.
  4. The S valve is constructed of premium steel material, which would be anti-wear and generally pro-pressure; the threaded rod propeller surface is covered with an aluminum substance, which improves friction effectiveness and fatigue resistance.
  5. The spectacle sheet and chopping disk are composed of a high potent anti-wearing aluminum substance, extending their operational life.
  6. Branded sealing for large oil cylinders
  7. It uses a sequential applicator to feed oil to maintenance network nodes, and it can provide oil timely and accurately, reducing greasing use.
  8. Heavy load at the pump’s exit for high-rise and protracted concrete deliveries.
  9. The principal electrical components are Schneider, which is more durable.

Advantages of Stationary Concrete Pump

Stationary Concrete pumping has the following advantages:

  • Considerable Concrete Quantity Delivered per Hour: Whereas a forklift can lift 12m3 per hour, a stationary pump could pump over 50m3 per hour, enough to fill the roof of today’s most prominent high-rise structures.
  • Consistent Flow: Modern concrete pumps can provide cement as quickly as a tractor blender can release it into tanks.
  • Minimal Labor and Times: Because hydraulic concrete out of a concrete pump flows continuously and steadily, there is less grace period.
  • Concrete Placement: The putting hose pipe may be installed around the preferred destination so that concrete can be hoisted wherever it may be wanted.

How Does a Stationary Concrete Pump Work?

The working concept of a piston-type concrete pump is as follows: a hopper, a hydrostatic chamber, a cylinder, a concrete piston, a dispersion valve, pipe, cleaning supplies, a hydraulic pump, and an electric grid.

Concrete fills the bucket whenever the hydraulic concrete pump is in operation. The valve is opened and shut due to the valve control program’s process.

The hydraulic piston causes the cylinder to travel rearward via the hydraulic cylinder caused by the actions of hydrostatic pressure.

The concrete inside the bucket reaches into the concrete cylinder due to dead load and pressure. The hydraulic system of suction oil into reverse, such that the piston forwards push force, at the same instant, the valve shuts and opens, is activated.

Then under the application of compression, concrete in the concrete specimen is pushed via the e s tubing further into the pipeline, straight to the concrete to be put on the building site.
