Project Background And Customer Requirements
This medium-sized livestock farm infrastructure project is part of the Benin Ruminant Population Settlement Program. The main task is to build new facilities such as water wells, reservoirs, drinking stations, warehouses, pastures, and animal vaccination points in 18 pastoral camps in the Atlantic Province.
The contract period is 10 months. The project location is near the pastoral camps in the Atlantic Province of Benin, in the coastal plain area. The annual temperature here ranges from 20 to 34 degree Celsius, with the highest temperature reaching 42 degrees Celsius. It is a tropical rainforest climate with high temperatures and abundant rainfall.
The Core Requirements Of The Project
- Environmental Adaptibility
The equipment should be capable of adapting to the working environment in the Atlantic Province, including high temperatures (an average of 32ā per year), high humidity ( above 85%), and salt spray corrosion.
- Capacity Requirements and Product Quality
The average daily pouring volume shall be no less than 400m3, and the proportion of C40 and C50 high-strength concrete shall be 60%.
- Installation and Commissioning
The mobile concrete batching plant needs to complete transportation, installation and put into production within 45 days. The equipment installation must be completed under the on-site guidance of the engineer from LUTON GROUP.

It is equipped with a 100t cement silo and a screw conveyor to achieve fully enclosed storage of powder materials and reduce dust pollution.

Enhanced Design For Environmental Adaptability
The protection level of the electrical system has been upgraded to IP67. Key components adopt brands such as Schneider and ABB, and it can withstand high temperatures up to 55ā.
The dust removal system of the cement silo is equipped with a pulse reverse-blowing bag dust collector, with an emission concentration of ā¤15mg/m³, which complies with the EU EN 481 standard.
Anti-corrosion treatment: Three layers of epoxy zinc-rich primer and polyurethane topcoat are sprayed on the surface of the steel structure, and the salt spray test has passed the 2000-hour certification.
