Dust

The reasons for dust generation are as follows:

Dust caused by wind blowing from sand and stone transportation, loading and unloading vehicles and natural stacking;

Dust caused by leakage and rolling during loading of forklift;

Dust generated by pumping various kinds of powder materials, and the dust generated on the top of the tank due to the movement of powder materials in the tank caused by the unloading of the powder tank;

All kinds of powder materials enter the mixer after being weighed, and the aggregate is lifted by the inclined belt into the waiting silo and then enters the mixer. A large amount of dust mixture is generated during the process.

Waste Water and Residue

There are two main sources of waste water: one is the waste water generated from cleaning concrete tank trucks and mixers. This part of waste water has a large volume and high concentration. It usually contains insoluble substances such as sand and gravel, powder mixture, admixture and so on, and its solid content is unstable.

The second is the waste water produced by washing the plant area and large vehicles entering and leaving the plant area, which is relatively simple and stable in composition. The source of the waste residue is mainly the mixture produced after the separation of the mixture after cleaning the concrete tank truck and mixer, and the main component is sand and gravel.

Noise

There are two main types of noise:

The first type is fixed noise: mechanical noise of air compressor, belt conveyor, distributor, ventilator, dust collector, mixer reamer, etc.

The second type is flowing noise: sand and gravel loaders, powder and aggregate carriers, concrete tankers, etc.

Improvement Measures for Concrete Batching Plant Environmental Issues

Dust Treatment

Automatic car washing machine shall be installed in the plant area: concrete tank trucks, powder material carriers and aggregate trucks entering and leaving the plant shall pass through the automatic car washing machine to realize automatic cleaning and prevent dust from being carried out into the plant.

Site hardening: the whole plant area (except the green area) shall be hardened to ensure the quality of raw materials and reduce the dust caused by the exposed wind.

Fully enclosed mixing tower: the aggregate shall be transported in a fully enclosed manner. For a large amount of dust at the interface between the pre loading hopper and the inclined belt, special dust removal equipment shall be provided for centralized treatment and collection, and then sent to the mixer for reuse. The powder silo shall also be of fully enclosed structure. Different dust removal equipment and methods shall be used to recycle the dust formed by the movement of powder inside the tank due to different feeding and discharging methods of the silo.

Feeding process research: Test and study the feeding sequence and cross feeding mode of sand, stone, cement, water and other materials, and obtain a set of optimal feeding process scheme, which effectively reduces dust emission.

Waste Water and Residue Treatment

The concrete batching plant shall be equipped with sand separator and matching filter press.

First of all, after the remaining concrete is separated by the sand and stone separator, the sand and stone can be directly reused. Secondly, the separated powder slurry can be directly pressed into blocks through a filter press. Finally, the precipitated waste water can be used for recycling without any waste water and waste residue pollution after passing through the water recycling device.

The agitator of the mixing tank rotates periodically to keep the sewage uniform without sedimentation.

The sewage is pumped to the temporary storage tank on the mixing tower by the mud pump. The solenoid valve at the outlet of the temporary storage tank is closed or opened according to the signal sent by the host computer to inject water into the water measuring scale, so that sewage can be used as the material for mixing concrete.

Noise Control

The whole batching plant is completely encapsulated, the main machine is encapsulated with sound insulation board, and the closed stockyard is soundproofed with hollow bricks, which can reduce the noise to the minimum.

New type mixer

The noise source of the mixing plant mainly comes from the mixer. The new mixer can effectively reduce the noise by improving the manufacturing accuracy of the tank body and adopting a new reducer and transmission system.

Air circuit noise reduction

A large number of cylinders are used as actuators in the batching plant. When reaching the end of the stroke, the impact is large and the noise is high. A gas-liquid buffer cylinder can be introduced to reduce the noise by hydraulic buffer at the end of the stroke.

Greening in the plant area

The office and living area in the plant area should be planted with reasonable green plants. The varieties should be shrubs and trees that can suppress dust and reduce noise. Trees should also be planted around the plant area to reduce noise transmission.
